Dr Tamarisk DownesMember of the British Menopause Society, Confidence in Menopause Accredited

Dr Tamie is a committed Christian and married to a full time evangelist. She has a special interest in women’s health and education, having previously worked as a GP for over 25 years. More recently, she developed a passion for empowering women to manage their menopause in an evidence-based and holistic way. She finds it incredibly rewarding to witness women rediscover their true selves as their hormones are rebalanced. Tamie is also deeply committed to preventative healthcare and supporting women in maintaining long-term health and wellbeing. Learn more about her here:

Debbie is an advanced Nurse Practitioner, Lecturer in Nursing, Church Leader, Mum of four and a Grandmother. She is married to Rev. Malcolm Duncan, who is the Senior Minister of Kensington Temple London City Church. She is a prolific writer having had several articles published in the Nursing press and is writing her 21st book.
